Centre for Direct Scientific Communication
(Centre de Communication Scientifique Directe / CCSD) of CNRS (National Center for Scientific Research / Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique, France).
Publications submitted via the TeLearn archive will be added to HAL (On Line Hyper Article / Hyper Article en Ligne),
a broader Open Archive, developed by CCSD. Articles archived in HAL can also be automatically cross-posted to ArXiv,
a well known International Open Archive.
